Leadership
Timothy D. Moore, President
Timothy is President and Chief Executive Officer of SELA, where he leads strategy, development, construction, housing programs, public/private-impact, and growth initiatives. With a decade of experience in community development, infrastructure, housing, government affairs, and cross-sector project leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Certificate in Sustainable Neighborhood Development from Southern University A&M College and Entrepreneurship from Louisiana State University.
Jordan J. Fowlkes, Executive Vice President
Jordan is Executive Vice President of SELA, where he provides leadership in financial and operational capacities, including oversight of treasury and corporate finance. He is an accomplished accounting and finance professional with over a decade of experience in financial reporting, forecasting, cash management, and compliance, with previous roles at distinguished firms such as KPMG, Enterprise Holdings, RubinBrown, and United Talent Agency. Mr. Fowlkes earned a Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California.
